1. 100 calories could be good, i suppose.
2. Low Carb/Sugar Free sugar free is good for alot of things. there's sugar in everything it seems! so anywhere we can cut back is helpful. i'm not sure about carbs. i do know we need them.

aaron was in our room and heard something in the bathroom. he asked if we left water running. i told him to open the door and see.
